ABOUT THE PIECE: A “retouching” of Webern’s Piano Variations, Op. 27. I have stolen the last movement of the piece, and “brushed out” Webern’s own voice: I have removed all accidentals, all dynmaic variations, all articulations and replaced breaks with long sustained notes which is spread across the ensemble’s 7 instruments, and I have decreased the tempo drastically.
